Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NewFollowers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

NewFollowers generates trial-reel variants from your Instagram reels, publishes them to your connected Instagram professional account on a schedule, and reports on performance. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You need an Instagram Business or Creator account to use the core features.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Your content & permissions

You retain ownership of your Instagram content. By connecting your account, you authorize NewFollowers to access your content and insights and to create and publish variant reels on your behalf, using Instagram's official API. You represent that you have the rights to the content you connect and that publishing it does not violate anyone's rights.

4. Acceptable use

  • Follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies at all times.
  • Do not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its integrations.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page; changes take effect according to the plan and interval you choose. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. No guarantee of results

NewFollowers helps you test and publish reels, but we do not guarantee any specific level of follower growth, reach, views, or other results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including Instagram's algorithms and your content.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (including Meta/Instagram, Stripe, and cloud providers). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewFollowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
